Dauna... at 11 years of age still an indomitable hunter, as well as being a very independent, strong female. I never saw any of her companions manage to get a bone from her!!! ... and yet she was good-natured. She was the companion of Birillo in the home of my aunt and uncle in the country amongst cows and horses – happy years.
